Select your preferred method, including free in-store returns at any JD Sports location or utilizing a pre-paid shipping label for mail-in returns.
Pack and Label
Place your items in their original shoebox or packaging and securely attach the generated return shipping label to the outside of the parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
